𝟭. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴? 🔧 Building — Assembling the parts from scratch. Custom-fit to your business outcomes. 📦 Using — An off-the-shelf tool or service. You work within its capabilities.

𝟮. 𝗜𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝗻? 🧬 In — AI is native, built directly into the capability you're using. 🔌 On — AI is bolted on the side. Loosely coupled, external to the core system. (AI as a plugin)

Once we've placed the conversation on that map, then we get into the usual suspects: 📊 Data 🔐 Access & Security 🛠️ Tools 🧠 Models ...and so on.
