Super excited about the VirtualCare Telehealth Platform with Patient Management and Virtual Clinics capability from PlaceOS and Webex!

My virtual care observations so far have shown that everyone is on a journey. What has typically started as a need to connect the community to a GP quickly (Telehealth) expands into more complex use cases and processes.

The need to bring together multiple disciplines across different organisations and different platforms makes the user and technology experience complex. 

While there are common requirements such as security, anonymity and accessibility to name a few, there are also different processes and overall patient/resident experience that each healthcare organisation is trying to create.
